Dramatic Play in the First Grade is Essential!

My Students

What a wonderful world when little children can play to their hearts content with amazing and plentiful toys. This is where it's at.

I teach 20 wonderfully diverse students in an urban setting.

Our children celebrate their ethnic, economic and family diversity. We practice a peaceful approach to learning together. We are also an inclusive school which means that every class has students with special needs. We are lovely community of learners.

My Project

We are asking for a charming, Giant Classic 3-story dollhouse! It has a spacious, open design that encourages cooperative play and features lots of realistic details, like stairs, windows, an attic & more. Plus, the dollhouse is crafted of rugged hardwood for years of imaginative play. We also need Dollhouse Furniture which includes over 55 pieces of adorable hardwood furniture all color-coded for easy setup! Perfectly coordinated to the dollhouse, the set includes everything we need to furnish each room from bunk beds and chairs to kitchen appliances and even a TV set! We also are asking for plush bendable multicultural families that can be mixed to match our very diverse student population. We also want a 9x5 Community Play Carpet with a roadway and city and a set of toy cars. We need 5 plastic storage bins too. The children love to play with items such as these. At first grade level you can find girls and boys both enjoying the dollhouse and toy cars at playtime.

What a wonderful gift to give to little learners.
