Our students in 6th grade are a group that like to be busy. They do not get a lot of time to chat with friends or play games. When they do have time they would love to have something to do.
They love board games, drawing and building.
The LEGO bricks and magnetic tiles will give them an opportunity to be creative in building. The board games of chess and checkers will keep their brains moving to plan their strategy for the next move. The snacks are to have on hand for those students who forget to bring their own. Our students live in a rural area with beautiful rolling hills surrounded by farm land and apple orchards. It is a small town where everyone lends a helping hand to anyone in need.
