it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, curious, and eager to learn! As kindergartners, they are just beginning their journey as readers, and nothing excites them more than a brand-new, fun book to explore. Our classroom is full of energy, imagination, and a love for stories—and I want to nurture that love with engaging, developmentally appropriate books that make reading fun!
We need a variety of easy-reader books that feature colorful illustrations, repetitive text, and characters that make our students giggle, think, and want to read again and again.
From silly animal stories to friendship tales and rhyming adventures, these books will support early literacy and help build confidence in our young readers.
