Help me give my students books from the "Supplies on Strike" and "What if Everybody?" series to teach them how to use supplies respectfully and responsibly.
At the start of the school year, I want to set the tone for a classroom built on the three R's of our School: being respectful, responsible, and ready to learn. My third graders are eager learners who thrive when lessons come alive through stories and engaging discussions. Books like the Pencils on Strike series and What If Everybody Did That series help students see the importance of caring for supplies, respecting shared spaces, and making responsible choices. These stories give us fun and meaningful ways to talk about behavior and community, while helping students reflect on the impact of their actions.
With your support, I can use these books to spark conversations, create lasting classroom expectations, and empower my students to take pride in themselves and their learning environment.
Together, we can start the year with strong values and a positive foundation for success!
