Don't Let Our Class Be Invisible like the Invisible Boy
Help me give my students this great story as a reminder to be an advocate against bullying.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
BIG Characters and personalities in this classroom; every single one special and unique. My classroom is full of vibrant children who are full of so much potential and drive. This classroom is located in South Jamaica, Queens NY, an area affected tremendously by Covid-19. Despite this setback, teachers like myself at our school are determined to help our scholars jump back and thrive in in-person learning. Funding is limited, therefore teacher resources are also limited, which heavily impacts the scholars of my classroom
My classroom is a class that is full of students that have so much potential, passion, and drive.
Its demographic location should not play a major role in how far my classroom can go, therefore any donations to this classroom are truly appreciated.
My Project
As teachers, we are struggling to remind students to advocate against bullying. This is a great and unique story to remind students about the importance of standing up against bullying, how to acknowledge it, and most importantly, how to overcome it. Written to captivate audiences, the story is such a great realistic fictional story, that many children can relate to. Our class deserves to have their own copy of the story, to remind them of how important and crucial advocating against bullying is to our society and certainly our schools and classroom.
