Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love learning! Yet they often struggle to stay engaged. These books and puzzles will address the needs and interests of a wide range of students and support their literacy development.

Whether they are dealing with a visual impairment, a cognitive impairment, or autism, it is still my goal to help all students develop a love for books and a love for reading and learning.

The Mo Willems books have engaging pictures and fun-to-read words which quickly catch the interest of my students. The Paw Patrol books bring favorite characters to life on the pages. The tactile books are perfect for my younger students and for those with visual and cognitive impairments. And the puzzles develop early visual-spacial skills to later support reading.

All students can learn to love books!
