My Project
Middle school can be a stressful time for all students. Having been a middle school girl, I know first hand what the "oh my goodness my cycle started...at school" moment feels like. My project is asking for teen-sized pads, pantyliners, pH sensitive wipes, and tampons for students who menstruate. I am also asking for face/hand wipes and mini deodorants for other students that may be in need.
Puberty comes at you hard and sometimes all at once – why not help relieve some of those stresses and anxieties, if I can manage?
Not having menstrual products when they're needed is bad enough; having to ask someone for them is even worse.
I want these items to be available as my students and other students need them. Please join me in my efforts to keep my students' hygiene, sanity, and comfort in check during what can be one of the roughest times of their lives!
