My Project
Pickleball is a growing sport that is only getting more popular! I would like to start a Pickleball club or intramural activity at my school.
Pickleball can boost players’ confidence and self esteem because it is an easy sport to play.
Pickleball is a great sport for exercise because it is a full-body workout and provides physical fun at the same time. There are many benefits of pickleball, which includes hand-eye coordination, increased socialization and camaraderie, and is a gentle enough sport where all can feel safe. Pickleball can reduce stress and improve the overall well-being of all participants.
