My Project
I teach court-involved youth. Most of them grow up in urban sections where food supply is limited to what is sold in bodegas.
By supplying Model Magic for my project, you will help teenage students to focus on their diet, which is a step toward learning about how to take care of oneself as one becomes more independent from adults.
The goal for this project is to help students learn about the basics of nutrition through making food replicas.
In addition students will practice creating three dimensional objects, blending colors, and judge the scale of the objects.
This classroom project was brought to life by Bezos Family Foundation
