This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our school is an amazing place to be. We have a new building after the tornado ripped through it in 2019, and we are still replenishing some of what was lost.
Brookhaven College donated 100 balls to the program.
I am so excited to have them, yet now they need a home. Our budget is small, so we don’t have the carts.
We currently have about 50 ladies in the Program and will have 4 teams this school year competing. We are finally getting excited about volleyball, and the love for the sport is growing! The girls would appreciate it so much!
