This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love to earn prizes for doing their best. I use sticker charts as an incentive to do their best. They work hard in each class and earn a sticker for each class. When they fill out their sticker chart they receive a prize. It motivates them to try and do their best. My students will use the mailboxes to keep their work organized and have easy access to their work. Using the color coding system to help keep each grade level I teach organized. My students struggle with learning and having the sticker charts and prizes help them.
