I am a second grade teacher of 24 wonderfully fun, curious, and genuinely interested in learning students who are between the ages of 7 to 8! This school year will be very different because of COVID-19; I will be teaching alternating groups of students in person while simultaneously teaching distance learning students who will be learning in their homes.
At the beginning of the year it is important to build our classroom community.
Since not all of my learners will be in the classroom at the same time, I have been planning my lessons to try to include everyone virtually. With your support; these students will have what they need for a truly successful learning experience regardless of where they learn. My Project
Having a web and document camera will be vital for my remote teaching success as I bring together both online and in class students together! The document camera will be used so I can share reading and math lessons.
The web camera is for my students at home to see my face and make the teacher/student bond even closer during these hard times while I am teaching in the classroom.
By having one camera on me while the other camera on the lesson at hand I will be able to provide a rich learning experience for all of my students.
