This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The use of a document camera with a built-in microphone will allow for all lessons to be more engaging, especially during Math. Our Math curriculum calls for students to work on word problems independently, but also gives them equity and ownership of work when students are chosen to share their work. Through the use of a new document camera, students will be able to display a clear image of their work. In addition, the built-in microphone will allow students to be heard clearly when explaining their mathematical thinking.
