I teach Science to 7th and 8th graders at a low-economic rural district. Over 50 percent of our students are on reduced or free lunches.
These students thrive with hands-on activities that bring science to life. We only have limited supplies. We would love to get to do more experiments and hands-on projects in the classroom.
We need the materials to extract and precipitate our DNA and transfer it to necklaces for display. This project will allow the students to prove to themselves that DNA exists and that it can be extracted from any cell especially their own.
You can make the difference in a child's learning experiences by donating to this project.
