My Students
My students are from varied backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, ethnicities, and experiences. I have students from both ends of a wide spectrum of ability, strengths and weaknesses. I strive to offer a variety of activities to engage students of all levels, interests, and abilities. The materials we receive will help me to continue to motivate and invigorate my students' learning.
The students at my school are the best and never cease to surprise me with how hard they work.
I am always proud when I get to tell someone where I work because they know we are the best school with the best kids!
My Project
Students need access to texts about diversity and inclusion. Our world is changing, and students who are exposed to the ideas of inclusion and acceptance will become adults who include and accept others because of their differences, rather than in spite of them. Help my students learn to love others who are different from themselves, by provided high quality books about diversity, inclusion, acceptance and self-love. Our children deserve to grow up in a world that loves them, and books like this will help make that happen. Thank you for investing in our future.
