My Project

I am the most blessed educator in all of West Philadelphia. This world has been crazy and we all need to lean on our future, the students. So many people ask me what am I doing working in the urban school system and I tell them, " I am making a difference and trying to give these students the same education my sons received." I left the suburbs as I saw a need for equity and diversity and wasn't going to retire until I worked in West Philadelphia for 20 plus years. These items I have selected are on the higher end but they need so much and the educational budgets are being cut so bad. These students are all minority students who have a disability and would benefit everyday from your generosity. Thank you for just considering my students and my classroom. There is headphones, easel, books, time and Scholastic, floor cushions, games, manipulatives and electronics, toys and food. Thank you for considering room #310.
