This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

The students I teach are academically gifted or high-achieving learners who attend Title I schools. They are excited about the world around them and how it works. They are from diverse backgrounds but are all eager, enthusiastic and engaged learners.

My Project

The novel "Good Kind of Trouble" will be an appreciated addition to our novel sets. My students enjoy reading a variety of novels. In my class, I use books that interest my students and that they can connect with on different levels.

It is important that students read about people from different backgrounds.

These books will bring my students reading adventures! They will also help them develop further as readers and increase their critical thinking. They are just what my students need to grow! This novel includes diverse characters that students can identify and connect with to further enhance the text.
