My Students

They are so eager to learn and soak new information in like little sponges. It is an amazing thing to watch, and I get to do it every day! We are a rural, k-2 school, far removed from the big city. This is beneficial and problematic. Our resources are limited, as is our budget. We have a high population of students receiving free/reduced lunch and Title I services. All the more reason to give them the tools they need to be successful.

My Project

We use iPads and Chromebooks in our classroom throughout the day and in all subject areas. Our headphones have seen better days, and our iPads are in cases, making plugging in to the headphone jacks difficult.

Insignia - NS-CAHBTOE01 Wireless Over-the-Ear Headphones would provide use of headphones, even if the jack is no longer functioning on the iPad, or is blocked by the cover.

Wireless headphones would also allow for more flexibility in use of the technology in our room. Students can work in alone or in pairs, at their desk or around the room, without disturbing other students with their work.
