Distant Learning Extravaganza

Help me give my students the engaging nature of learning while we are distant learning this school year. Students will need many supplies to work with from home!

My Students

My students are my heart and greatest passion. This is my sixth year of teaching. I finished my National Boards and am waiting on my results. I am also a Success By Design teacher. My school is Title I with a loving, supportive staff. Throughout the year I will be requesting help to fund projects related to giving students individual items needed for remote learning as well as materials to help me teach from home! Let’s make this school year engaging and fun even though we are away!

My Project

My first grade students will be in person for two weeks and then move to remote teaching until further notice. The district is providing lessons and cleaning supplies but not a lot of PPE, manipulatives for the students to use at home, or teacher equipment to make sure we can teach well from home. I want to ensure that the learning remains fun and engaging. I want to meet students' needs by providing them with as many essential items and helpful tools as possible! I teach at a Title I school so many cannot afford these necessary items to help their learning at home. Thank you for all you can do to help us!
