My first graders are eager learners who have a love for learning and a passion for learning.
Every day they come ready to work hard and try their best.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, learning has changed for many students. There will be many days that my students are no longer at school learning with me, but learning from home with the use of an iPad.
My Project
My project includes 2 Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards that will give me the ability to provide digital games and materials for my students during distance learning. While at home, learning on their iPads, students will have the ability to interact with fun games and engaging activities while still getting the reinforcing skills needed to be successful in first grade. Many of these activities provide differentiated instruction to students at all ability levels in reading and math.
Boom Cards and Seesaw activities are great ways to get students excited to learn!
My students love using the Boom Learning and Seesaw digital platforms for their learning this year, but as a teacher it becomes challenging to create activities for them daily. Teachers Pay Teachers has many teacher authors who have developed amazing resources using those digital platforms to help teachers maintain a rigorous learning environment while teaching remotely.
Please help me give my students the necessary materials to thrive in this online learning environment.
