Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
KiNdeRgArtEn Bilingual, LET's show them what WE are made Of!!! Our school is located in Texas and we are a Title One school. I have 14 Kinders who are sweet little humans who love to read, play and talk. They are learning to navigate this world by collaborating and problem solving with others. They have learned how to read, write and problem solve. They have come to love STEM and read alouds! I have been blessed to see their growth and how they will one day LEAD. They are our FUTURE.
My Project
I will be creating a SUMMER BUCKET LIST of fun activities for my Kinders. You will be providing them with materials and activities they can do at home with their family this summer. They will have a summer reading log, writing journal and fun ways to use the materials I am asking for. My kinders missed out on half their school year and class pictures. I want to end their year with a surprise to thank them for all their hard work. Distance Learning has been challenging and I want them to know I am proud of them and all they have accomplished during this time. They will use all this material to READ, PLAY and TALK this summer. Thank you.
