Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Since we have moved to learning at home, my students and their families are looking for more engaging opportunities. Because of the coronavirus pandemic, my second grade students are having to learn from home. This is a huge change for traditional learning for the students
Students are still eager to learn, but they are now using technology to learn in new ways.
This is a challenging time and one of adjustment for them, but this is a time during which we will all learn and grow together.
My Project
My distance learning classroom (living room) is really dark so my students struggle to see me during virtual class. The ring light will help me have better lighting, and my students will be able to see me better. We will be able to do more activities during virtual class. The ring light will brighten up our virtual class so we can have better and more engaging activities.
The headphone would be great so my students don't hear all the background noise when we are having class.
This will help them avoid getting distracted. These items would really help out during our virtual class which my students really enjoy and look forward to every day.
