Displaying TK's Creativity! Frames for our Classroom Art
Help me give my students art frames to display their work! My transitional kindergarten students do beautiful arts and crafts projects that we would love to proudly display!
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In the vibrant world of early childhood education, every crayon stroke, every paint splatter, and every masterpiece is a testament to the boundless creativity and imagination of young learners. We make so much amazing art in TK and my goal is to be able to display it in frames. The act of displaying student artwork creates a vibrant and inviting learning environment that fosters creativity and inspiration.
In the TK classroom, where every day is an adventure, art plays a central role in fostering self-expression, confidence, and a love for learning.
I love to nurture my students' creativity and provide them with a variety of opportunities to make art. One thing I love about art is that it is not
constricted to one subject, art is cross curricular and very often helps support these young minds in our learning whether it be ELA, mathematics, science, or social studies.
Unfortunately, without proper means of preservation and display, these precious creations risk being lost or forgotten, relegated to the confines of a storage bin, crumpled up in a backpack, or worse...thrown away!
That's why I am turning to the generosity of the community through DonorsChoose to help provide frames that will display my students' imagination, allowing their artwork to be showcased and celebrated throughout the year!
