My Project
I work with students with Autism and other developmental disabilities in a high school that serves a low-income population. They struggle through their academics, hoping to be successful, and requiring as much support as we can find in helping them on that path!
We have to use every tool we can think of to ensure that children are engaged in learning and want to be at school!
We would love to get a bulletin board and cork strips to display the essays and other writing projects the students complete.
This project will allow our classroom to create visually appealing displays showing the students' pride in their work.
Taking advantage of the space on our walls in the classroom allows students to continue learning, and show off their work.
