Disney's Make a World Difference

My students need an ebook reader and a classroom set of books all about animals and the earth, in order to research saving animal habitats.

My Students

Do you know that animals are suffering all around the world? My students would like to make a difference by researching ways to help prevent animal homes from being destroyed.

My students come from low income homes with little access to library books.

They love to read and learn new things about the world and animals. Due to the fact that our school is a Title I school, all of my students receive breakfast and lunch for free. They do not have the language supports at home to be educated about the world. I feel my students would love to research and write all about how they can truly make a difference in the world.

My Project

I am requesting an ebook reader in order for my students to have access to information on the world and animals. The ebook reader is an engaging tool that I hope will inspire my students to share in ways we can all make a difference in saving animal homes and habitats. I am also requesting a classroom set of books all about animals and the earth. I hope these books will give my students more knowledge about the type of homes animals need to survive. With these books, I plan to have my students form cause groups to support certain animals and their habitats around the world.

This project is so important to me because I care about animals around the world.

My students will bring attention to the animals that are suffering around the world due to their habitats being destroyed. Your donations will greatly help my students become avid readers and researchers in the study of saving animal homes. This will increase my students awareness of the world and hopefully impact them to world services in the future.
