My Project
My students are energetic and curious, which makes teaching them very exciting. They are always asking questions to further their knowledge about how the human body works. They enjoy labs and and working in partnership with each other.
Textbooks and examples are a great foundation, but science requires hands on learning.
Unfortunately, many of the experimental tools that we need are not provided by the school.
I am committed to closing the learning gap amongst our most at risk students. These materials (science kits) are the first step in helping me accomplish this goal. This project will enable my students to make connections necessary for true learning and understanding.
