This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
During recess everyday, we open up an outdoor library where kids can sit under trees, in our cozy chairs and read. It's a magical place for my students! However, our outdoor library needs more fact books. Your donations towards this project would purchase National Geographic books. What I love about National Geographic books is they create a curiosity for learning. These books will encourage more reading during recess and learning of the world around them!
