My Project

With new books added to our school library, many students will be able enjoy the magic of reading new adventures. My Pre-K through 2nd grade students will get to use the books for many years to come. As the school librarian, I get the privilege of watching students read and explore many adventures through our books.

Having a variety of genres in the library allows students to experience all aspects of books.

They get to learn about nonfiction topics and discuss what they have learned with their friends. Chapter books on various levels can help students build on skills they already have and encourage them to read books that may be challenging for them.
