This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are curious 4 and 5 year olds who have so many questions and love to learn. Their curiosity and imagination is developing during these stages. This is usually their first experience in school. We want to make it unforgettable.
We love reading.
Although most of my students can't read yet, they love our little library. We have many centers, yet that is one of the most often picked center. It's so popular that now some of our books are starting to fall apart. We are in need of new books, books that will continue to create a joy for reading and for reading for pleasure. It's so joyous to see their smile when they pick up a book and create their own story. Help us continue to contribute to that joy.
