My Project

My students love to learn about the real world around them. Giving each student their own subscription to Scholastic News will not only provide them with up to date news, but also engaging videos, skill building activities, and audio clips they can listen to. In the past my classes have looked forward to receiving their very own magazines that they can use in the classroom to read and have discussions on informational topics that they might not otherwise hear about. Scholastic News is written at a level that matches my students reading levels. Being able to read the vocabulary and comprehend the text will keep my students reading and engaged in discussions before, during, and after reading.
