We love to learn! These students can't wait to see what school and the world has in store for them and get so enthusiastic about learning, when new tools are introduced! They are highly active and very energetic. These firsties love playing games and get excited when new games are introduced to them.
Our classroom is filled with 24 bright, beautiful, and blooming first graders who have a thirst for learning as much as they can each and every day.

My Project
First graders and all children are our future! Many of today's jobs require knowledge in Science, Technology, Engineering, and/or Mathematics. That is why incorporating STEM into our classroom is so important! Why not provide first graders experience working hands-on in these areas?
By using the Puzzlet Starter Kit, a Bee-bot Robot, and a Makey-Makey Invention Kit, in our technology center, students will get experience working in all areas of STEM.
These experiences will excite kids to want to learn more and help develop an interest in these ever-growing areas.
These materials will be used during a technology center and will enhance our learning in reading and math as well. I can't wait to help my students develop interests in these topics and see what wonderful things they can learn and create!
