This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A tent can create a cozy, inviting space for students to read quietly and foster a love for reading. It can be a calming area where students can relax and regroup if they feel overwhelmed.
Bean bags provide a comfortable and flexible seating option, which can help students feel more relaxed and focused during activities.
They can also be used for group work, encouraging student collaboration and communication.
An abacus is an excellent tool for hands-on learning. It helps students understand mathematical concepts through physical manipulation and can improve fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and basic math skills. These items can create a more engaging and supportive learning environment catering to different learning styles and needs. They can help make the classroom more dynamic and inclusive, where students feel comfortable and motivated to learn.
