This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my little learners learn about local restaurants and nutrition with a virtual, in-house experience with Dion's Pizza. This is the local, and by far one of the best, pizzerias in Albuquerque, NM!

The kids will learn about nutrition, how the dough and how pizza is made, locally sourced products, and restaurant entrepreneurship.

All kids love pizza. This project will give all the second grade students in our school a virtual tour of the kitchen and facility, a commemorative Dion's Pizza t-shirt for their own, coloring book and crayons, as well as a fantastic pizza lunch.
