My Project

We have received a grant to take our students to the Alamo and the River Walk in San Antonio, Texas. The round trip time is 8 hours. Students will eat sandwiches on the bus on the way down. However, we would like to teach social skills and fine dining etiquette by taking them out to eat at a fine dining restaurant near the historic site of the Alamo. Our school is 81% low SES and many of our students have never had the opportunity to dine in a high-class restaurant.
