it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
This grant proposal seeks funding to provide essential hygiene supplies, including laundry detergent and body wash, to homeless / displaced students in our school community. Maintaining personal hygiene is crucial for the well-being and dignity of these students, contributing to their overall health, self-esteem, and academic success.
Objective:
The primary goal of this initiative is to ensure that homeless students have access to basic hygiene products, promoting a sense of normalcy and enhancing their ability to focus on their education. By addressing this fundamental need, we aim to break down barriers that hinder their academic and personal development.
Investing in the hygiene needs of homeless students is an investment in their overall well-being and academic success. By supporting this initiative, we contribute to creating a more equitable and supportive educational environment for these vulnerable students.
