My Project
My students in our remote Alaskan village have incredible stories to tell—stories of life on the tundra, the traditions of subsistence living, and the deep cultural roots that shape their identities. However, access to technology and creative tools is limited.
This project will provide an iPad, allowing them to transform their experiences into engaging digital narratives.
By integrating research, writing, and multimedia storytelling, students will build literacy, creativity, and technological skills while preserving their heritage. With this resource, they can amplify their voices, share their perspectives, and connect with the world beyond our village.
