This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are interested, intelligent, curious, energetic learners who are excited about school! They are eager to learn and explore new ways to expand their knowledge.

Each student is unique with their own goals and learning strategies and a love to demonstrate their knowledge in various ways!

They enjoy the new daily challenges that come with attending school and are so eager to advance their social and academic skills. My students are friendly and love getting to know one another. I am grateful I get to spend this year with them.

My Project

My students need an iPad to photograph their artwork and upload it to Seesaw. Seesaw is a website and app that allows students to build their digital portfolios. With this iPad, my artists will be able to document, connect, and share their artwork with family and friends.

We want to document all our hard work!

We are asking for an iPad, screen cover, and a protective case to create a Seesaw upload station in our classroom. Developing a digital portfolio is an essential part of the art-making process, and reinforces the value we place on student art. All students will benefit from this technology.
