My Students

I am a Speech-Language Pathologist working with special needs students in diverse school. My students come from a variety of backgrounds and have a variety of special needs. They have disabilities ranging from developmental delays, to autism, to intellectual disabilities. All of my students have goals in many different areas and at many different levels.

My students are working to build skills in language, functional communication, speech sound production, and fluency.

Working with such a diverse population I need to have many different options to help them all stay engaged and make great gains.

My Project

These resources well help to get my students new materials to help with in home learning. Superior headphones will help with clarity for me to hear them and for them to hear me. Technology is not always the clearest so this can help to make sure they are right on target.

Teachers Pay Teachers is filled with many resources to help my students practice their speech sounds during therapy and on their own!

Every student has different needs so new online resources and a document camera to help me present many different options to them will help with all their varied skills and resources that are most vital to their progress towards their IEP goals.
