My Project
My fifth students come to school at all levels of reading and writing. They are eager to learn and learn best through hands-on learning experiences. This year, I plan to close the COVID learning gap with leveled skill/reading groups, and this grant will help provide these resources. The two $100 Teachers Pay Teachers gift cards will be used to purchase literacy station games and activity skill task cards for the reading groups from the website
With this grant, students will also learn digital skills that will be transferable as they move through school and beyond.
Having these resources available will also allow them
to work on their assignments at home to foster home-to-school connection and responsibility.
