Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are always willing to learn new things, this makes them special. I try my best on a daily basis to keep my students engage in all subjects.
I will go above and beyond to give my students what they need to succeed.
I have great parent support in my class this year. I really enjoy teaching. This profession has its rewards. My students continue to amaze me everyday. I enjoy making a difference in their lives and watch them grow.
My Project
I feel that getting tablets would be a great literacy and math enhancer for all my students. Having the additional tablets in my classroom would be very beneficial to my students. This would provide my students an opportunity to learn and practice skills in a interactive and engaging environment. I would load apps onto to tablets that focus on skills and standards being taught throughout the school year.
The tablets would promote self-direct learning and provide the additional support for struggling learners.
Having virtual lessons provides individualize instruction for all my students. The additional technology tools will better prepare my stduents for the real world.
