This project will enhance the educational experience of my guitar and music theory classes by integrating innovative music technology.
Many students face an equity gap when it comes to accessing the technology necessary for music composition, creation, and analysis.
While some have access to high-quality software and devices at home, others rely solely on school resources. Although the school-issued laptops provide general support for academic tasks, they often lack the processing power and specialized software needed for more intensive music projects.
The addition of this computer in my classroom will ensure that all students, regardless of their home situation, can fully engage in digital music learning. By integrating a dedicated classroom computer equipped with music software, this project will provide all students with the tools necessary to succeed in a digitally-driven music education environment.
