My Project

Students in third grade in my district transition onto Chromebooks from iPads to use in the classroom. Part of our goal is to help them become digital citizens and understand the pros and cons of the internet. To help them do this, having headphones and computer mice help them navigate websites as well as complete assignments to the best of their ability. In our room, we have online assignments as well as projects that the students will need to complete to show mastery in many areas.

We also have an online program that they work through that teaches them how to be safe and kind on the internet.

This program is personalized as each student moves through it. Headphones will be needed to stay on task and understand the assignments.
