Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help me give my students fun, engaging, and colorful reading comprehension workbooks, instead of using worksheets.

These workbooks will be used daily to help support my students with improving their reading and understanding of information.

I love that the books are individualized and differentiated so each student would be able to work on there correct level.

As a special education teacher, I work on teaching students, specific and targeted skills.

These workbooks will help my students learn how to apply strategies to identify the topic sentence, main idea, and key details of a text to support with their understanding and through the use of questions, demonstrate their understanding. By improving reading comprehension this will open doors to greater opportunities for academic, social, and personal development.
