My Project
As a teacher it is important for students to do spelling. Weekly my class does spelling lists and one of the tasks is to do definitions. It is easier for each of my students to have their own dictionary so they aren't rushed as all children learn at a different pace. Part of the standard is to use a paper dictionary which we do not have for each student.
I feel these paper dictionaries will promote student learning and help students want to do their weekly vocabulary definitions with ease and joy.
Having access to a book about the 50 states will help my students have a better and greater understanding of the United States and its geography.
