My Project
My students this year are voracious readers. They love to get lost inside of a good book. One of our classes' favorite series are the Diary of a Wimpy Kid Series. This project would help us to secure a class set of the newest edition in the series- The Hot Mess. We would use this class set of books to engage in a whole class novel study to build our reading comprehension and skills while at the same time having fun!
Books have a way of taking us on an adventure that we otherwise might not ever get to experience.
I also have many students that are Multi-Lingual Learners and ELLs in my class. This project would also help us to get Spanish copies of the text so that all students could have access and could participate as well. Please consider helping us to add this exciting text to our classroom library.
