Developing Readers Need Inspiration! Help Build Our Class Library

Help me give my students books they will enjoy. My students are developing readers who need the right level of books to encourage their love of reading.

My Project

My classroom has students from many different social, ethnic, and economic backgrounds. My 9th grade students are developing readers who are just beginning to enjoy reading, and they are working hard to be able to read at grade level.

Their success depends on getting the right books in their hands quickly, which is why it's important to have a well stocked classroom library with interesting books at their reading level.

Often the right book is all it takes to turn a non reader into a reader. These graphic novels, novels in verse, and manga will help my students reach their goal of becoming confident readers.
