My Project
My school is in its third year of a middle school volleyball program development. As a new coach, I honestly did not know what to do. All I knew about volleyball was that we would need volleyballs to play. Over the years, I have learned a lot, and now I understand what volleyball players need to learn. I found some items to help me coach them since I am a one-person team.
My volleyball team needs to develop and refine their volleyball skills with volleyball equipment- a rebound net, a serving practice net, and a setter trainer.
The rebound net will help students practice receiving the ball and spiking it. The setter trainer will help our setter to be more accurate and dynamic with their sets. The serving practice net will help with practicing serving and developing muscle memory for students to use in games and scrimmages.
I am excited about the future of our girl's volleyball team. I believe the equipment will help them develop and refine their skills and be more confident in their approach when they are playing games.
