Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My primary objective is to create an immersive language environment for my Newcomer English Language Learners who are new to the US.
Colorful assignments have the potential to provide linguistic support that positively impacts working memory.
The acquisition of a color printer will be a significant asset for our two ESOL CLASS (My Newcomer English Language Learners). They will empower us to integrate vibrant, student-generated word walls, anchor charts, and visual aids, thereby enriching our language instruction.
Furthermore, colorful assignments will enable students to proudly demonstrate their language proficiency.
My students are compassionate, eager learners who thoroughly enjoy participating in activities such as language camps, where we fuse culture and language learning. I firmly believe that your generous donation of printed color materials will greatly assist our ESOL students in clarifying meaning and enhancing their understanding.
