My Project
My students are within my media production class and they love seeing their hard work go on items other than an online document or a composition book. They are an eager group who take pride on their designs and find it exciting to see their work on objects that they would see in their real world.
By receiving the Cricut Joy Xtra, students will be able to see their designs produced on the vinyl also requested.
From there, students will be able to use the heat press to secure their designs on materials, such as t-shirts, cotton materials, and even more. By receiving the mini-presses, students will be able to be more meticulous with their designs.
Lastly, the other supplies will allow students to have clear understanding on how to cleanly produce goods so that they can be stewards of ownership in business handling. These products will be their avenue to seeing their designs produced on products and see how it can promote their creative career interest. Because of Covid, they are constrained to being on their computers and see it as the only end point of the work, however the requested supplies well uplift their skills and help them become masters of this recent technology.
