My Project
This particular project for a speed agility kit and recess pack requires students to create a fitness routine that is geared towards their particular interests, backgrounds, etc... For example, students will use the requested equipment to design a workout for general fitness or sports-oriented such as soccer, football, volleyball, etc...
What is the point of this project and how will the materials benefit my students you ask?
Well, students will be required to demonstrate their fitness routine and that's where the requested equipment comes into play. The educational kits will allow students the opportunity to to demonstrate their fitness routines using authentic equipment geared towards their specific interests which makes their projects unique to them.
